Tivoli is the second oldest amusement park in the world and has lost none of its charm and fun. There are musicians, rides, restaurants, some beautiful gardens and you can hire rowing boats to go on the lake in. There's really something for everyone here and an absolute must see in Copenhagen.

Worth a visit if you're in La Paz is the Valle de la Luna which is about 10km out of towm by a village called Mallasa. It's called moon valley for its bizarre rock formations which you begin to get a sense of on the drive down. The valley was formed by thousands of years of erosion and some of the formations of rock in it are really quite extraordinary and have been given names according to the things they resemble. You can see most of the valley inabout an hour's walk.

I got dragged on this bike ride by my kids, much against my better judgement. In the event though, I really enjoyed it and would recommend it as a great family day out. There's no real physical exertion involved as pretty much the whole route is downhill from the village of Stellar which you are taken to by minibus. You pass through some lovely villages and valleys along the way and there are plenty of opportunities to stop for photos, refreshments etc.

We'd had lots of recommendations to drive the great Ocean Road and we certainly weren't dissapointed. We found a shuttle bus company in Melbourne who offered a standard day's drive. The coast itself is breathtaking and the 12 appostles (massive rocks free-standing clear of the coast) were a definite highlight. Bells beach is worth a look as is the Otway national park. If you've got a car, all the better.

This is a lovely tradition in Brussels and well worth trying to coincide a visit with. The main square is covered in a carpet of begonias laid out in patterns which are apparently different every year. You can see the carpet from a number of different elevated viewpoints around the square.
