Beautiful nature reserve, really pretty and peaceful. We took a couple of different trips out on it and watched the early migrating birds.

You have to take a trip here when you go to Faro. Beautiful lagoon and I can't imagine what it's like in the Autumn when the birds all come to migrate!

I think I always imagined the desert as largely flat and bare, but this trip totally smashe my illusions. A short drive in this reserve tok us through amazingly beautiful dunes, to beaches and mangroves. Really a memeorable day.

What a treat! We went here for the day on a tour and we got to see the wildlife, flora and then the amazing coral reefs. So stunning and i've totally got the snorkelling bug and want to graduate to scuba!
