In most other cities this would be a major sight but in Venice we had it practically to ourselves. A gorgeous building, decorated inside by Titoretto, there's so many fabulous paintings your mind boggles!

This is a delightful art gallery, situated in a gorgeous building. Lots of spanish artwork with both paintings and sculptures, which is good because a mix really lets you enjoy the best of both worlds. The temporary exhibition was a bit crazy when I was there but hopefully they've changed it!

This contemporary art gallery was founded in 2001 and is a new and upcoming tourist attraction. It focuses on new styles of contemporary art, like painting, sculpture, photography, multimedia, or something entirely different. The works shown are mostly by newcomer artists. Entrance is free and you should really have more than one day to explore it.

It's an art gallery that currently has comtemporary and historical pieces by famous Irish artists, such as Tony O'Malley, Walter Osbourne and Jack B. Yeats. It's a really beautiful gallery and a must see if you are in the area. They have just added a new wing to show newer comtemporary art. It's also close to all the hot shopping locations. It ranks among the best of Ireland's galleries and they even have a restaurant that serves delicious creations and a bookstore. This gallery is really worth visiting.
