Possibly the best re imagining of a classical building outside of the British museum, the Reichstag's massive glasss dome has some of the best views in Berlin. Certainly the best free views!

Dublin Castle

The Dublin Castle, is a 12th century castle that was primarily used for kings and queens, British rulers, Parliament, Courts of Justice and military garrisons. In modern times it became used for government offices and presidential inaugurations. The back side of the castle has a fabulous garden, including a stained glass fountain and a memorial to Veronica Guerin, who was assinated in 1996 for trying to bring down Dublin's crimeworld. Overall, this is a great place to visit if you're a history buff.
