I prefer the greek name, which means 'finger of god' and these gorgeous trees are always one of the highlights of my visits to Corfu. I love their thin straight looks and every year make plans to plant some at home...although I never seem to manage it.

Boasting the phenomenal Dona i Ocell (Woman and bird) sculpture as well as some wonderful planting and landscaping, this park is just a joy to visit. You can also go to the Miro foundation but I prefer just to spend my time here.

Badass place! They have tons of bonsai trees as well as some natural dwarfs from the mountains. The feel of the place is pretty cool it's very oriental and makes a great afternoon trip when you've had too much sun!!

A lovely lush green place, great for a day out. There is a restaurant here or you can take a packed lunch to enjoy on the tiny beach. So nice to get away from the crowds, it's a little oasis of calm.

The zoo might seem a little odd for a trip when there's so much to see and do in the city but there's actually plenty of listed buildings here too! lovely relaxed feel.
