Wonderful place, my girlfriend and I stayed here one night in the mountains grate view and we visited the cala finestrat beach on the way back to Benidorm, really recommend it. All round a fun expedition to go on.

My family loved our trip to the former capital of Fuerteventura. We did a weaving workshop which was really fun, although i would say that other people did seem to grasp it more quickly than me! The monastery and the church were fare for the afternoon and then there was just time for a lovely dinner before home.

Right in the centre of the island, best to drive for freedom on when to leave

It's so easy to just lounge on the ebgach when they are as beautiful as they are here, but i'd advise at least one trip inland, and this is a great one. A moorish village, the houses are perfectly picturesque white cubes and the place really feels like a piece of the past.

Sant Joan de Labritja, north of the island, you'll probably need a car to get there

This is a small village in Tenerife and we took a tour here on our holidays there. Up in the mountains the views are great, and I loved the really old tree. The buildings are so cute and I got some great souvenirs for my family here.

North Tenerife, we joined and organised trip from our resort

This is a picture-perfect village! Surrounded by volcanoes and palm trees you could be 1000 miles from civilisation, or at least the nearest mcdonalds! Not much to do here but eat the delicious local food, drink and be merry.

North Lanzarote
