Village tour

posted by xreade on 20 April 2011 at 12:01

We decided to conduct our own tour of the mountain villages, after chatting with some other tourists who'd taken a coach tour up there. We were very impressed with the results. Quaint villages, excellent food and some wonderful souvenirs were just waiting for us to find them.

Fuerteventura Grand Tour

posted by pmays on 4 February 2011 at 09:15

My wife and I joined a trip to see some of the interior of the island, and it was really enjoyable. We started at Corralejo then to La Olivia to see Tindaya Mountain, which was gorgeous. We also ate some local goats cheese and we went to the former capital Betancuria and an aloe vera factory! Great!

We booked it online and met in Corralejo for the start of the tour

Mount Pantokraktor

Last time we went to Corfu, we thought my mum was a bit mad, driving us up a mountain when we just wanted to swim in the sea but it was so totally worth it. We could see for miles and miles and miles, and we think we saw Italy as well as a few small islands and over to Greece too.

where, when, how, web
In the north of the island, there's some lovely little villages on the way
