Not sure if this will neccessarily be a highlight of anyone's visit to Edinburgh but the Houses of Parliament are worth seeing if only for the epic bizarreness of the whole scheme. it looks a bit like the details were all made and then fired at random at the surface of the building. especially bizarre are the sticks of bamboo stuck over the windows... It looks a bit like a jungle prison

The Marzipan museum has lots of objects made from Marzipan. You are not allowed to eat them but most of the items looks to real and delicious...you almost could eat them. The museum is open for all ages and unique in the world. The used to be a life size Micheal Jackson but his head broke off.
