I love trying out exercise classes when i'm on holiday to meet local people and see different things. This yoga class was great, although busy. I felt really good afer becuase the class was all about feeling good and connecting with yourself. not expensive either as their philosphy is about equals and not glorifying instructors.

I came by myself and found excellent yoga teaching, beautiful surroundings and new frineds aplenty. They arranged everything for me, transfers, accommodation and transport to the retreat. The whole thing was excellent and I left goa feeling totally relaxed and refreshed.

I just wanted to tell everyone how awesome these guys are. My surfing improved so much thanks to the great instructors and the yoga complemented all that physical activity really well. Lovely place, lovely food, lovely people.

Lumpini Park is a popular oasis, named after Buddha's birthplace. The best time to arrive is just after sunrise, when hordes of fitness fanatics can be spotted jogging, doing aerobics, practicing tai chi, yoga or even ballroom dancing. You can hire a paddle boat, eat at one of the reasonably priced outdoor restaurants, or just take it easy under a shady tree.
