This is a totally stunning little village surrounded by mountains. We spent a lovely morning strolling around and then ate a delicious simple lunch in the town centre. Definitely worth taking the time away from the beach to explore this lovely island.

This is a small village in Tenerife and we took a tour here on our holidays there. Up in the mountains the views are great, and I loved the really old tree. The buildings are so cute and I got some great souvenirs for my family here.

Tenerife is an central mountain, it is of 12,200 feet it ia an highest central mountain in spain. The views are of the lunar like landscape of the volcanic slopes, the colours of different types of volcanic rock are seen clearly in these mountains , On the higher slopes grow a variety of plants.
