CN Tower

Wow. What views. Totally amazing. First of all we did the observation level to see how terrified we felt and then after we went down a level to the glass floor, which is strangley adrenaline-inducing! And to top it all off, we went to the outside observation deck too, which was amazing.

Just by the harbour, a couple of blocks inland. You'll see it!!

My boyfriend and I loved it here, so high up in the sky (although not the world's tallest building anymore) the view is so impressive. I have to admit though I was terrified of the glass floor part! Maybe you could hear my screams from the ground...

301 Front Street West, look for the huge building!!!

Every city of any reasonable size in North America seems to have one of these - a disproportionately expensive building that makes a fortune every year from charging tourists through the nose to use its elevator. Strangely we fell for it again, queued for hours and spent $22 just to use the lift! Yes, the view is amazing but i did resent the cynicism of the whole thing. There's a restaurant at the top but i could probably have fed a village in Sub Saharan Africa for a year for the price of a starter there!

If you can't see it, you're not in Toronto
