What a show! Totally unexpected things, playful yet serious make for a thoroughly entertaining time in Napoleon's gardens. Head to Venice before the Biennale is over if you possibly can!

What a HUGE place! There's so much to explore here, I could have walked around for hours and hours. No fewer than 25 Doges were buried here, so it's a very special place.

You would not believe the amount of important artworks that adorn these walls. With the second tallest campanile in the city, the church is magnificent, and an excellent alternative to the much busier Santi Giovanni e Paolo. You must go!

Oh simply delightful! What an amazing collection, so many great pieces to see, a wonderful treat. And such a change from the really old world feel of Venice, simply marvellous.

What more could you ask for than an illustrious collection of modern art, all housed in a former Palazzo?! The collection is just astonishing. I loved the Kandinsky the best, although Pollock really caught my eye too. Not what you'd think of in Venice but definitely a must-see.
