My husband and I went on a walking tour of the San Marco area, which took about 2.5 hours and it was so enjoyable! The guide was really knowledgable and we learned so much more about this beautiful city.

My husband and I embarked on this tour to somewhat appease our ghost-loving teen but it turned out to eb fantastic, you get to see so many hidden bits of venice and enjoy secret walkways that it's totally worth it even if you ignore all the ghost talk!

Guided Tour of the medieval palace which was created for the ruler of Venice in the days when it was an independent state. The Tour is informative, the group small, and includes an account of Casanova, the most famous prisoner in the Palace. The end of the tour includes walking over the 'Bridge of Sighs' and exploring the prison cells. This tour is extremely hot in Summer as some rooms are quite small and quite high up in the Palace.
