Mount Vernon

A bit of a drive but totally worth it, Mount Vernon will keep you occupied and interested all day. The mansion has been beautifully restored, the museum is totally fascinating and all the other bits, the estate, the tomb, all just add to the experience. It really emerges that this was one remarkable man.
