When people think of Ibiza the first thing that usually comes to mind is the nightlife. But with so many choices of clubs and events how do you know where to start? Well, we’ve done all the research and have the answers for you. Here is the ultimate seven-day guide to Ibiza’s clubs – tried and tested of course!

Monday

Now lets be honest, Monday probably isn’t our favourite day of the week is it? The weekend is gone and ahead of us is the working week. Over in Ibiza, Spain however, Mondays couldn’t be more different. They indicate the start of a full-on week of partying, and what better way to begin with than with a night at DC10 celebrating Circoloco?

Hosted on Monday nights since 1999, Circoloco has always been a very colourful event hosting line-ups of techno talent from across the globe. Fancy dress used to be an unofficial rule when the event started, but nowadays anything goes, as long as you have fun!

Alternatively: Cocoon at Amnesia is also another option for Monday night techno fans, but you’ll be sure to have a great night at either.

Tuesday

Tuesday nights in Ibiza prove very popular with a wide variety of events to choose from. However we think the place to be this year has to be multiple award-winning Space. For 15 weeks a year for the past 15 years Carl Cox has graced these decks with his techno sounds, but 2016 marks Cox’s final season in the world’s most-awarded club! You can also expect to see some special guests appearing with him; John Digweed and Fatboy Slim to name a couple!

Alternatively: If Carl Cox isn’t your cup of tea, how about Ushuaia? From Tuesday 28th June, Hardwell will begin his third season there. Or you could even head over to Ocean Beach for a bit of Kisstory.

Wednesday

Ibiza Rocks in Ibiza

It’s all about Ibiza Rocks on a Wedneday in Ibiza! The event celebrated its 10th season in 2015 so expect big things from this party. Ibiza Rocks ensures all bases are covered, whether it’s indie, folk, rock, urban or electronic, it proves that this island is not just about the superstar DJs. The line up this year so far includes LCD Soundsystem, Faithless, Kaiser Chiefs and Jess Glynne, to name just a few.

Alternatively: If you’re after more of a dance music vibe then head over to Ushuaia from Wednesday 6th July where Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso, former members of supergroup Swedish House Mafia, will be taking to the decks once again.

Thursday

Cream at Amnesia in Ibiza

Thursday is a tricky one with three particularly great nights going on all at once. A three-week holiday is the only happy solution to this problem, but if that’s not do-able then here are the options you have:

Pacha’s biggest night, F*** Me I’m Famous, hosted by David Guetta is back again this year – running every Thursday for 19 whole weeks. It’s a great night and in the past Guetta has invited along some friends from Snoop Dog and Ludacris to Usher!

Your next choice is Cream at Amnesia with Fatboy Slim being announced as the first resident DJ of the season. Known for its trance music, Cream Ibiza remains one of Ibiza’s most enduring clubbing experiences.

The final option you have is Solid Grooves over at Privilege. A relatively new night, but partying to a unique combo of tech and house sounds, all while watching the sun come up through the club’s glass windows sounds pretty good to us.

Friday

Strangely Friday nights on the Ibiza club scene are a little quieter than some of the other days, but there is still some good events out there. Our favourite for a Friday night in Ibiza has to be Judgement over at Eden in San Antonio. With one of the longest standing residencies on the island, Judgement hosted by Judge Jules is a great mixture of house, progressive, electro and trance music.

Alternatively: If this isn’t your scene however, then Ibiza Rocks also hosts a great Friday night event called We Are Rockstars. Expect line-ups that merge old school music legends with fresh talent with Sigma, Stormzy, So Solid Crew and DJ Luck and MC Neat, to name but a few!

Saturday

The Zoo Project at Benimussa Park in Ibiza

The Zoo Project at Benimussa Park is where the party’s at on a Saturday! Only hosted once a week, this is an event that cannot be missed. 2016 marks its 10th year anniversary too so expect even more fun from this amazing animal-themed party.

The Zoo Project starts much earlier than many of the other big events in Ibiza, beginning in the daytime and going on until the late evening. Make sure you dress up for the occasion! And let us tell you, some get very into the animal theme… so the more out there the better!

The great thing about The Zoo Project is that it finishes at midnight giving you enough time to head on over to another party. Our suggestions are either Pure Pacha or Elrow at Space.

Sunday

Ushuaia in Ibiza

Sundays aren’t days of rest in Ibiza, in fact, they may even be one of the biggest nights of the week. The biggest night this year however, will be Avicii hitting the decks in Ushuaia for his fifth (and rumoured to be his last) season at Ibiza’s most famous open-air venue. Opening on Sunday 10th July, expect to hear all of the Swedish DJ’s biggest and best hits from the past few years.

Alternatively: If Avicii doesn’t float your boat then Es Paradis will be hosting GLOW again this year, a neon paint party! For those who want to go but not get messy there are dry zones, but where’s the fun in that? Get involved in the paint fight down on the dancefloor while enjoying some great music. Other great Sunday night events of mention are House of Madness at Amnesia and Sundays at Space.

With the best party atmosphere in Europe, wherever you end up going, you’ll have the best time ever!
