If you're not located in London, or you're looking for cheaper flights to Kingston, then you are better off looking at connecting routes. There are a number of airlines competing on this route, which drives down prices. Your most common option is to fly to Jamaica with a connection (or sometimes two) in the USA. Be aware flying indirect will add more time; expect to spend 15 hours or more travelling to Kingston, though the exact time will depend on where you fly to and how long you have to wait between flights. Be aware connection times can be longer when you fly via the USA as you need to clear USA customs before you can catch a connecting flight.
