What's Included

British winter can be a little bit of a slog, and there's no point at which we feel that more strongly than in February. However, that needn't be the case, thanks to this seven-night Canary Islands sailing.

Your trip begins with a stop in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, a sprawling beachside city with an impressively-preserved Old Town and a golden beach. The swimming pool complex here designed by Cesar Manrique is absolute must visit, as is the picturesque square of Plaza de España. You'll then sail onwards to Madeira's Funchal, a city famed for its verdant botanical gardens and lush parklands. Las Palmas in Gran Canaria comes next, and here you can tapas hop through Calle Mayor de Triana and peruse the intricate Cathedral. You'll then be able to get your art and culture fix at the International Museum of Contemporary Art in Arrecife in Lanzarote, before sailing back to Santa Cruz de Tenerife for an overnight stay.

Azura: You'll be sailing onboard P&O Cruises' Azura, a mid-sized ship that is tailored to a British audience. There are a whole host of amenities and activities onboard, meaning that you'll find your time at sea as memorable as that spent in port. You'll find pool parties here, as well as al fresco film screenings, and yoga classes to take part in. There are a whopping five swimming pools onsite, meaning that you're sure to find a pool to suit your mood. Come nightfall, there are a whole host of bars to frequent, including a glamorous piano bar, and more pub-like establishments.
