Cocoa Beach
There may well be only so much you can take of theme parks and if you reach that point Cocoa Beach is the place to head for. Only an hour's drive south east of Orlando this is the laid back antithesis of theme park madness. Sun, sand and surf abounds, try a gentle stroll along the beach and check out the pier.
