If you're lucky enough to be able to avoid the school holidays then the best time for a cheap holiday in Menorca is in the months either side of summer, particularly May, June, September and October. The peak months of July and August can be very hot and the prices can be sky high so they may be best avoided. If you don't care about the sunshine and you're just after super cheap holidays in Menorca then you could travel in March, April or November but beware the Mediterranean winter which can be damp and not particularly warm.
