As one of the longest serving dealcheckers, I've been a part of the wonderful world of travel for years now. The places I visit have changed a bit since I've had kids - no more boozy lads holidays for me - but in their place are some fantastic family holidays that i'll remember forever! Next year I'm hoping to get away to Egypt, as I've always wanted to see the Pyramids, and I reckon the kids would love them too!

Having been surrounded by the web's best flight deals I reckon I'm pretty good at spotting a great flight price when I see one!

ACTIVITY BREAKS

Generally speaking if it involves sport or activity I'm going to love it, things I've been on holiday specifically to do include: skiing, snowboarding, golf, diving, windsurfing, sailing, kitesurfing, surfing and climbing.

EASTERN EUROPE

I've been to Slovakia, Ukraine, Poland and Romania and have loved them all. They are sometimes greatly underestimated as holiday destinations, and you're really missing a trick if you don't consider them - the value for money is incredible!

GREECE

Delicious food, reliably amazing climate, warm seas and over 227 islands to choose from - say no more.
